HR Service Hours refer to the dedicated time I spend working directly with you on your business needs. This includes:
One-on-one coaching or strategy calls
Drafting and customizing HR documents
Employee recruiting and onboarding support
In-person consulting visits
These hours are yours to use for any of the services I provide. Think of it as your personal HR partner on call.
Once your included hours are fully used, any additional support will be billed at the standard rate of $111/hour. You’ll always be notified before additional charges apply.
No. Due to the digital nature of our Training Bites courses and immediate access to materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
